I am doing a property assessment report based on CA Public Information Act, for the property located at:

4555-4601 W Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90016

We are looking to obtain electronic record-files of record of Certificate of Occupancy, and a timeline of 1-1-2010 to 1-9-2020 related to areas of: Plans & Permits, code violations, safety records and violations, zoning designation of property as well as any planning violation associated with the building and property.

Fire and safety. Any violations pertaining to fire apparatus, and safety related issues.
