I'm writing to submit a public records request for documents associated with the current security guard services with the City of Los Angeles, Department of Water & Power.

Specifically, I'd like to request a copy of the current contract, a copy of all changes/addendum, a copy of all wage/bill rates, a copy of all evaluation documentation, and a copy of the winning proposal. 

If there’s someone else I need to reach out to in order to obtain these records, please let me know. If there’s anything I can do to clarify or expedite this request, please let me know.
