Information on the above-mentioned site including copies of Certificates of Occupancy and building permits (or permit summary) from the property’s first development to current date (year issued, type of permit, and owner/applicant) and any information which would indicate whether evidence of current or prior use or storage of hazardous substances.
Information on the above-mentioned site that would indicate the existence of Activity and Use Limitations (AULs), defined as legal or physical restrictions or limitations on the use of, or access to the property. AULs are comprised of engineering controls (physical modifications to reduce potential of exposure to hazardous substances or petroleum products in soil or ground water) and institutional controls (legal or administrative restrictions on the use of or access to a site to reduce potential of exposure to hazardous substances or petroleum products in soil or ground water, or to prevent interference with remedial actions).
