This is a request pursuant to the Public Records Act. Please produce, within the statutory ten days, copies of any and all of the following documents:
For purposes of this Request, the term “Subject Area” has the following meaning: The portions of Montague Street between Norris Avenue and Glenoaks Boulevard, Pacoima, California 91331.
- Any and all writings pertaining to any and all road work conducted on the Subject Area from July 2015 – February 2018, including but not limited to the construction, maintenance, or rehabilitation of the Subject Area’s concrete, asphalt, road patches, base, blacktop, overlay, or potholes.
- Any and all writings pertaining to any and all reports of uneven pavement, potholes, or damaged asphalt in the Subject Area from July 2015 - February 2018.
