This is a request pursuant to the Public Records Act.  Please produce, within the statutory ten days, copies of any and all of the following documents:


For purposes of this Request, the term “Subject Area” has the following meaning: The portions of Montague Street between Norris Avenue and Glenoaks Boulevard, Pacoima, California 91331. 


  1. Any and all writings pertaining to any and all road work conducted on the Subject Area from July 2015 – February 2018, including but not limited to the construction, maintenance, or rehabilitation of the Subject Area’s concrete, asphalt, road patches, base, blacktop, overlay, or potholes.
  2. Any and all writings pertaining to any and all reports of uneven pavement, potholes, or damaged asphalt in the Subject Area from July 2015 - February 2018.
