Warner Center 2035 Plan section 10.3.1 (a) says:

“The Department shall calculate the cumulatively approved floor area each time floor area is approved and shall also separately calculate the cumulative change of use floor area exempted pursuant to Section 5.3.2.1 of this Plan.”

Would you please help me locate this (cumulatively approved floor area and cumulative change of use floor area)?
